Kailah approaches caregiving from a nurturing perspective. She has shown an exceptional level of skills, compassion, commitment, willingness to help, and reliability to our clients and our company. Kailah continually demonstrates that she will go above and beyond for each of her clients.
A clients significant other stated “when Kailah is there she no longer matters, it’s all about Kailah when she is here.” Cheryl likes that Kailah is a self-starter and just comes in and gets things done. She feels comfortable leaving James in Kailah’s hands, and James just loves her. Cheryl has recognized Kailah, and said “she goes above and beyond to ensure both client and I are completely at ease and has a sixth sense as to what will help us, you need 100 of these such people.”
