It provides you with a way to see how your loved one is doing right from the computer or any device. The online portal is updated by your loved one’s caregiver during each visit. Our caregivers update the portal at each visit, including their visits, and scheduled tasks or events.

You can also talk to your loved one via video and you can take care of any business with invoices and payments that might be needed. In essence, the portal gives you much more control, and provides a good degree of transparency that you might otherwise not have. This gives you the peace of mind that your loved one is getting the care they need and deserve.

The Grand Pad

In addition to the Family Room we have also begun to offer the Grand Pad. This tablet is geared specifically to seniors whether or not they are internet savvy. The Grand Pad has several uses, one of which is keeping them in contact with both Comfort Keepers and family members. This offers a level of safety for your loved one, as well as the ability to connect with them in real time and track how they are doing. It also offers important socialization options for seniors who may not be able to go outside their home easily or frequently. When added to our in home care it helps you to know your loved one is getting the best of care and resources.
