We begin the process of hiring Comfort Keepers with an online survey and behavioral testing. This narrows the field of candidates to those who have the personality and a genuine interest in serving seniors and other adults in need of living assistance services. We then conduct personal interviews and complete extensive background checks. Our Comfort Keepers regularly receive specialized training to enhance their skills and provide care in line with the Comfort Keeper brand.
Our caregivers are local and familiar with Centreville, Manassas, Gainesville, and the surrounding areas. This allows them to better manage care and appointments for our clients.
