I am writing this letter in regard to your wonderful employee, Renee Wyche. She has been a caregiver/companion to my 83-year-old father-in-law for the past 6 months or so. She has been an angel sent to our family. She is so kind, caring and patient, attributes that are a blessing when taking care of the elderly. Her smile and infectious laugh brighten up a room. We all look forward to having her come through that door when it's time for her shift. Renee is always busy. She is totally hands-on in the care of my father-in-law, always up and ready to help him with his needs. If he is sleeping, then she jumps righ in with the household chores, doing dishes or laundry or scrubbing the floors. She never needs prompting, she just figures out what needs to be done and does it. She has truly made life easier for my in-laws. As my father-in-law's health has deteriorated, we have decided he needs live-in 24 hour care, so that is unfortunately why we must say goodby to Renee. It is with heavy hearts that we do that, she is like family to us. Anyone who has her in their life is very fortunate indeed. She will be greatly missed by all of us.
Renee came to be our Comfort Keeper the first week in October! She is efficient, professional, and so much fun to be around! She is the care giver for my husband, Joe! This Thanksgiving we are counting our blessings! Comfort Keepers and Renee are at the top of list! She needs no instructions! She handles each task with perfection! Thank you for this wonderful friend and worker! She has won our hearts! She loves her job! She is loved by all! Thank you for providing the answer to our prayers!
I especially appreciate the care Anne gave Mrs. Miller during the last two weeks of her life. Anne still went every day - for long days - to hold Mrs. Miller's hand, and talk softly to her. I am certain that it all comforted Mrs. Miller in the last hours of her life.
I just wanted to send you a note to say thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful care you gave to our mother during this past year. Ruta’s weekly visits were indispensable, and mother came to really enjoy Ruta’s company and looked forward to her visits. Last month when mother was diagnosed with cancer and we suddenly needed 24-hour care, your staff responded to our request so graciously. Every caregiver who came to mother’s home for those few days before she moved was kind and capable. She was in very good hands. I know that the unexpected addition to your weekly schedule must not have been easy to accommodate. Mother’s illness progressed very rapidly and she passed away on April 10th. Now that we’ve had a chance to catch our breath a bit after the funeral and everything, we are grateful to everyone who helped our family through these difficult few weeks. Comfort Keepers is at the top of our list. Thank you again for all you do.
I would like to commend the service and care that Traci has provided. She has been invaluable to us by caring so well for Margaret and enabling me to continue my work. I know that Traci and Margaret have developed a strong bond and it will be difficult separating. Margaret will no doubt forget Traci but I doubt the opposite will be true. You are fortunate to have such a valued employee and I am personally thankful that we have been able to monopolize her time.
I am writing to you today in reference to your employee, Elizabeth. She has been taking care of my mother for a year now, and I wanted you to know how pleased we are with her professionalism and devotion to my mother. We have had many caregivers in the past and she is by far the most exceptional. She is very responsible and attentive to all of the tasks that need to be accomplished in the time that she is assigned to take care of my mother.
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for Ollie, and to thank you for assigning her to me. During the past two years, I have had many caregivers due to my condition. Ollie is the best. She is a great caregiver, is always prompt, caring, and compassionate and takes very good care of me. I needed to let you know that I appreciate her greatly and thank you again.
