Audrey has been with Comfort Keepers since May 2016. Audrey knew she wanted to be a nurse since grade 9 when she found out its basis is caring for people, helping people to have the highest quality of life they can achieve, and teaching people how to support their own health. In addition to these things, she has a passion for spending time with family and friends, cultivating her spiritual life, reading, studying, hiking and being outdoors in general, teaching ESL, traveling, pursuing health in all areas of life, trying new things, and puns for days.

Shenique Charville

Assistant Manager

Shenique is in the position of Assistant Manager at Comfort Keepers of Fredericksburg. She has been with Comfort Keepers since April 2019. She has helped serve many in the Fredericksburg community. She has a background in customer service and truly believes in helping others. “I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and enjoy working with my team.”

Tara Allen

After Hours Liaison

Tara has worked in healthcare for over 25 years. She started at Mary Washington Hospital as an ICU desk clerk, then as a CNA.  She also has experience as an administrative assistant, activities director, and an admissions and marketing director in the nursing home setting. Tara has been with Comfort Keepers since May 2017. She has a BA in Business Management from Arizona University.  She enjoys reading in her spare time and swimming when the weather permits. She is a mom to her beautiful, adopted daughter and 2 wonderful sons.  “I love new challenges and anything to do with numbers, graphs, and figuring out the whys and how-to's.”

Eileen Jones

Homecare Services Coordinator

Eileen began as a Caregiver for Comfort Keepers in 2022 and is now a Homecare Services Coordinator.  Her background in South Carolina, where she lived for 18 years, was in Law Enforcement as a Sheriff’s Department Front Office Clerk. She yearned for a career in the Medical field, so she began working as a Home Health Aide before moving back to Virginia. Eileen loves spending time with her grown son as well as visiting her married daughter in South Carolina, So far, she has 3 Fur Grandbabies. In Eileen’s off-time she makes jewelry, loves sewing, and works in her garden. She cans the vegetables and makes Hot Sauce with the peppers she grows. She also enjoys attending Church on Sunday and she finds joy in working with the elderly.

Niki Oliver

Homecare Services Coordinator

Niki started as a Caregiver with Comfort Keepers in 2021 and has recently transitioned into the Homecare Services Coordinator position.  She is passionate about providing the best care possible for our clients and for our caregivers as well.  In her free time Niki sings in her church choir, loves to travel and spend time with family and friends, and is a voracious reader.

Samira Abdala

Homecare Services Coordinator

Samira is a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Services Coordinator whose life purpose revolves around providing exceptional and personalized home care experiences for individuals in need. With a heart full of empathy and a spirit fueled by kindness, Samira has dedicated her career to enhancing the clients’ quality of life by making sure that they receive the highest standard of care. Samira has embarked on a career at Comfort Keeper since the year of 2021. She started her journey as a Caregiver and has demonstrated exceptional patience, compassion, and adaptability. These very important and innate skills led Samira to become a Homecare Services Coordinator in 2023. In her current role, Samira excels in the art of coordination, by connecting the clients with the right Caregivers. As an effective communicator, she collaborates closely with clients, their families, and the caregiving team. Beyond the professional realm, Samira has a husband that she loves wholeheartedly, and is a mother of 3 beautiful children that she adores with her entire being. She navigates being a wife and a mother by being a pillar of strength, love, and grace, and revolves around creating a warm and nurturing home for her family.

Samira Abdala is a woman who wears multiple hats with grace, and resilience in her personal life, as well as her professional life. She stands as a beacon of support, compassion, a source of comfort, and an advocate for the well-being of others. Through her dedication and efforts, not only does she build long lasting connections, but she leaves an unforgettable mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to experience her care.

Cynthia Castaneyra

After Hours Liaison

Cynthia has been with Comfort Keepers since August 2022. She started in this field as a caregiver then transitioned to working as a scheduler. Her favorite part of this job is her interaction with clients, caregivers, and her co-workers. She takes pride in providing the best service possible. She enjoys working in this field because of her passion to help others. In her down time Cynthia enjoys spening time with her family and being outside. She has 2 daughters and a husband in the Marine Corps. She is originally from California but has been residing here in Fredericksburg area since September 2020.

Jennifer Cooper

Homecare Services Coordinator

I have been employed with Comfort Keepers since July 2023 as a HSC, primarily focusing on the hiring and onboarding of new caregivers.  I have a Social Services background and have worked as a PCA previously.  I have two children and two grandchildren.  I love to listen to music of all kinds and the Beach has my heart and soul.

Josilynn King

After Hours Liaison

Josilynn has been with our local Fredericksburg office on and off since June 2017. She started off as a caregiver, and has now officially become a part of our After Hours Liaison team. In-between her times of employment with CK, she traveled back and forth between VA and FL to assist her loved ones as their personal caregiver. During that time, she has been trained to perform Peritoneal Dialysis and has received her CNA certification through the FL Board of Nursing. Josilynn has a heart of gold, and genuinely enjoys the company and laughter of others. She is the wife of a USMC veteran and a mother of 3, so she can definitely roll with the punches! Josilynn enjoys music, long road trips, sodoku, and all things food! But above all, she enjoys time spent with her loved ones.

Tameisha Carter

LPN

Tameisha Carter has been an employee with Comfort Keepers since September 2023. She has been a LPN for 13 years and a PCA& RMA for 10 years before that. She enjoys working with the Geriatric population. Her specialty is providing Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and teaching others brings her so much joy. She challenges herself to learn at least one new thing every day. She is excited to share her 20 plus years of experience and community resources with the team here at Comfort Keepers.
