Every member of our Comfort Keepers team of senior caregivers is professional and well trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best home care providers and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers® senior caregivers. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers senior caregivers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Amber Cisneros
Owner
Amber found her true calling in senior care when she became the owner of Comfort Keepers in Fredericksburg, turning her passion for helping others into a fulfilling career. After moving from California to Virginia, she embraced the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality care. Her journey is driven by a deep commitment to dignity, independence, and enriching the aging experience, not just for clients but for their families as well. With a heart for service and a dedication to building a strong, engaged caregiving team, she continues to create a community where seniors feel valued, supported, and cared for like family.

Shenique Charville
Director of Operations
Shenique serves as the Director of Operations at Comfort Keepers of Fredericksburg, where she has been an integral part of the team since April 2019. With a strong background in Home Health Care and Customer Service, Shenique has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those in the Fredericksburg community. Her dedication to helping others and her ability to foster a collaborative and compassionate environment are hallmarks of her leadership. Outside of work, Shenique treasures quality time with her loved ones and takes great pride in guiding and working alongside her exceptional team.

Samira Abdala
Director of Client Care
Samira is a compassionate and dedicated Director of Client Care, committed to ensuring the highest quality of support for client in need. With a strong focus on empathy and excellence, she strives to create meaningful connections while overseeing the delivery of personalized care services. Beyond the professional realm, Samira has a husband that she loves wholeheartedly and is a mother of 3 beautiful children that she adores with her entire being. She navigates being a wife and a mother by being a pillar of strength, love, and grace, and revolves around creating a warm and nurturing home for her family.

Niki Oliver
Community Liaison
Niki started as a Caregiver with Comfort Keepers in 2021, has been a Homecare Services Coordinator since 2023, and recently transitioned into the Community Liaison position. Passionate about delivering exceptional care, Niki is dedicated to enhancing the lives of both clients and caregivers. She is committed to building strong community relationships throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. Outside of work, Niki sings in her church choir, loves to travel and spend time with family & friends, and is a voracious reader.

Josilynn King
Operations Specialist
Josilynn’s journey began as a caregiver for the Fredericksburg location mid 2017 and currently fulfills the position of Operations Specialist. Dedicated to optimizing the delivery of care services and ensuring seamless operational efficiency, she delivers a strong sense of problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in the field. Josilynn has a heart of gold, and thrives off of the laughter, company and well-being of others. She is the wife of a USMC veteran and a mother of 3, so she can definitely roll with the punches! Josilynn enjoys all genres of music, singing, retro indie games, and all things Harry Potter!

Sherre Gregg
HR/Recruiter
Sherr’e has over 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a background in recruiting and management. She holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in Criminal Justice and another in Medical and Health Services Management. Sherr’e joined our team as a Hybrid Homecare Service Coordinator in June 2024 and quickly became a valuable asset. She is always the first to ensure that everyone is having a great time while also being the motivating force that keeps the team driven. Her commitment to addressing each client’s needs effectively and efficiently made her feel that this position was the perfect fit. Since then, she has been promoted to HR/Recruiting Specialist for our team. Outside of work, Sherr’e enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her entrepreneurial passion for fashion. Her ultimate goal is to ensure quality service for every client she serves.

Nancy Broad
Registered Nurse
Nancy is a dedicated Registered Nurse with 43 years of experience, including 24 years at Mary Washington Hospital, where she worked across a variety of departments, including Medical Surgery, Home Health, Neuroscience, and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI). Her true passion lies in geriatric care, with a special focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Outside of nursing, Nancy is a talented stained glass artist and enjoys a range of hobbies such as caregiving, reading mysteries and suspense novels, kayaking, drawing, painting, and crafting. She also loves playing the piano and cherishes time spent with family and friends.

Keisha Zalepeski
Homecare Services Coordinator
Keisha is a dedicated Home Service Coordinator, where she has been a valued team member since April 2015. In addition to supporting clients and caregivers, she also helps with billing and payroll, ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas. Keisha finds great joy in helping others and takes pride in bringing smiles to those around her. Her true passion lies in spending quality time with her family, especially during their annual beach trips. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new interests. Currently pursuing a degree in Medical Coding & Billing, Keisha also brings a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Childcare, and Retail Management to her role.

Nayeka Charville
Homecare Services Coordinator
Nayeka joined Comfort Keepers in August 2024, bringing a strong background in client satisfaction and quality assurance, along with a deep passion for helping others. For her, caregiving is more than just a profession—it’s about fostering genuine connections and ensuring each client feels valued, heard, and supported.
Dedicated to creating positive experiences, Nayeka thrives on finding solutions, providing reassurance, and being a compassionate listener. Outside of work, she enjoys planning travel adventures with her daughter. Every day, she is grateful for the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve.

Hailey Boyd
Home Service Coordinator
Hailey has been a valued member of Comfort Keepers since September 2023. She began her journey with us as a compassionate and dedicated caregiver, despite never expecting to enter the senior care field. Having cared for her grandmother, she decided to give caregiving a try—and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Every client she worked with absolutely adored her!
Through her hard work and dedication, Hailey was recently promoted to Home Service Coordinator. She has earned her degree in Business Administration and is passionate about providing exceptional support to both our clients and caregivers. In her new role, she continues to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care while supporting our incredible caregiving team.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time at home with her loving husband, her beloved fur babies, and her thriving collection of plants. An avid equestrian, she has been riding horses since she was seven years old.
