Castroville was established in 1844 by Henri Castro, an empresario of the Republic of Texas, who brought several dozen European families to the area from the Alsace region of France to settle along the Medina River 20 miles west of San Antonio.
Comfort Keepers San Antonio is excited to serve Castroville and provide superior client service to these communities. In the in-home caregiving business, distance does matter since there is always a limitation on how far a caregiver is willing to travel.
