I have been meaning to write to you and thank you for finding J for my mom. This transition to Houston has really been rough for my mom. She has really taken to J and really looks forward to seeing her. She feels so safe and confident with her. I wanted to write to J and thank her myself. It is so hard being so far away and unable to help. J has been kind and compassionate and knows just what to do for her. My mom was at a doctor's visit and had to have a bunch tests scheduled and apparently the office let J use their phone and she jumped on there and made all the appointments for her so that it could all be done in one day. My mom was so impressed with her and her knowledge. I think the best part is that she feels confident that J will get her where she needs to be and will help her listen to the information that is given to her by the doctor which I greatly appreciate.
