We first used Comfort Keepers when I was recovering after a hospital stay for Pneumonia. Having Comfort Keepers in our home to cook our noon meal and help us with household tasks and transportation was wonderful for my husband and I. Our caregiver did much more than expected and the little extras were such a blessing to us. When my husband was diagnosed with Cancer, additional caregivers were provided to help my husband during hospital stays, rehabilitation and later Hospice care at home. After my husband passed, I kept Comfort Keepers on for myself and I have not regretted the decision. I use Comfort Keepers for meal preparation, shopping, laundry, transportation and errands and would recommend them to anyone in need of dependable in-home services.

After suffering a bad fall at our residence my wife was hospitalized, admitted for rehabilitation and then received residential care for approximately eight and a half months. I then arranged to bring my wife home for hospice care. Bringing my invalid wife to our home under my care at age 97 was a challenge and I engaged Comfort Keepers after learning of the company from friends who gave me good reports concerning its services. When I met the proprietor I was reassured. Jean was happy to be home and with the able assistance of Comfort Keepers she was well cared for by Sandy, her assigned caregiver.
