Witnessing this helped inspire Carol and Steve to begin providing in home elder care services for members of their community.

Our Care Services
Our interactive caregiving techniques allow us to provide personal and companion in home elder care services to our clients. These in home services help our clients stay mobile and independent. This often includes providing transportation for our clients, helping our clients keep appointments, and accompanying clients on excursions, errands, or other outings.
Community Events
Our philosophy is that if we keep our clients healthy and active, they will live happier, more independent lives. To achieve this, we help keep our clients engaged with their communities.
Our clients enjoy a number of activities and events around Franklin as a part of the in home assistance we provide, including visiting antique shops and shopping at The Factory. They also enjoy participating in Friends of the Library and shopping for local produce at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays.
One thing that helps our clients stay engaged is interacting with other members of the community. Pumpkinfest in October and Dickens of a Christmas in December draw large crowds and provide many opportunities for mingling.
Another thing that our clients like to do is dine in town. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite, there are a number of places at which to eat. Dotson’s, Cool Café, and Lillie Belle’s are among them.
Care Services
Our in home elder care services ensure that our clients stay healthy, active, and engaged. We provide in-home care services like light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, or bathing and dressing. We also provide long-term extended care, which includes Alzheimer’s and dementia care. We understand that families cannot always care for their loved ones when they want to, so we offer 24/7 in-home care. This assures that clients are cared for at all times.
We ensure that our caregivers are prepared to provide the services our clients need. To help achieve this aim, our care providers go through an exhaustive application process, which includes extensive background checks and tests. They also undergo rigorous training and take part in ongoing education related to forms of care.
The goal of this screening and preparation is to ensure that we have the most qualified people taking care of our clients.
Community Ties
Comfort Keepers is a part of the Franklin community. We are associated with numerous organizations, including the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce. We take advantage of the resources in our community to provide the care that our clients need and deserve.
We work with hospitals; doctors; hospice, home health care, and assisted living providers; and nursing homes in the area. These include Emeritus at Legacy Crossing, at which we provide staffing seven days a week from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM. All of our care experts provide our clients transportation to and from these facilities or meet our clients at these facilities if needed.
