Once the client, their family, and the local office agree to the Plan of Care, the accompanying office staff of that office will provide the designated caregiver with all of the details of the said plan.
Plans of Care are reviewed with our clients and their families at least once every 6 months and can be performed more frequently upon request. The review ensures that the client is receiving the best possible in-home living assistance services from our dedicated caregivers.
