Each one had their own special way and helped Ethel feel better. I cannot express my appreciation enough to you and Karen for working with me during trying times. Words can not fully express what is often in the heart, so I will with great inadequacy attempt to express some of my thoughts. I have a privilege to see each of you work amongst my mom and dad when I would come to stay for a few days. My parents expressed to me many times how much they appreciated and treasured the care that was administered to them.
