Home Care Funding
Hiring a caregiver can relieve families of hidden burdens, such as long work hours, added stress, and physical strain, while ensuring reliable support for your loved ones. In-home caregiver costs can vary based on location, level of assistance, and frequency of services, so understanding your financial options is an important part of the planning process.
We believe accessing quality care should be simple and transparent, which is why we offer a variety of home health care funding options to help you prepare with confidence.
Home Care Funding Options
- Private Pay: Pay out of pocket for our non-medical in-home care and companionship services, often called Private Duty Services. This gives you full flexibility to customize care based on personal needs and preferences.
- Long-Term Care Insurance: Many LTC insurance policies help cover the cost of Private Duty Services, including personal care and companionship, for those who qualify. We help clients access available benefits.
- Medicaid Waiver Programs (State of Pennsylvania): We are an approved provider for several Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers funded by Medicaid to help individuals receive care at home.
- Veterans' Benefits: Eligible veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for home care through VA programs. We can assist with applications.
- Managed Care Organizations (MCOs): We partner with Keystone First Community HealthChoices, UPMC Community HealthChoices, and AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania to coordinate services and simplify billing.

We are proud to offer services through various Pennsylvania waiver programs, providing essential care for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities.
