Shari Wippert

Home Care Service Coordinator

Ri has a long history of experience working with the elderly and those with special needs and disabilities. This experience stems from an early age. When her grandpa was diagnosed with cancer, her parents made the decision to allow her to sit with him on a daily basis to provide companionship as the disease progressed. Since then, she's developed a passion for providing care to others in need and has continued to extend that care to those with various needs throughout her life. Although her true passion lies in providing end-of-life care, this passion extends to caring for those with special needs and disabilities as she has years of experience caring for her own autistic children. As a result, she has developed a deep sense of compassion for the unique needs and experiences of those with special needs and disabilities and those who provide care to them. She feels that this allows her to extend her own empathy and care in a very real way to the clients and caregivers she works with on a daily basis.

Madison Bowton

Client Care Coordinator

My name is Madison, your Client Care Coordinator. I'm in charge of all things scheduling and many other things including a monthly caregiver newsletter!

In my free time, I love going to vintage and antique shops to find unique decor and even clothes- I collect vintage clothes, mainly from the 60s and 70s. If you stop by the office, chances are I'm wearing something from another time; ask me about it! In addition to collecting vintage clothes, I also collect records. My music taste varies but I mainly try and aim for classic rock and psychedelic rock- It's the best of the ages!

In contrast to my hobbies listed above, I enjoy going on hikes and doing yoga. I'm currently working towards getting my yoga teacher certification so you might run into me at a yoga studio on the weekends or see me on hiking trails along with my dog, Hazel. I rescued her in 2021 from a kill shelter in Texas. She has truly been one of the best additions to my life and has grown to be one of my closest companions.

If we have yet to meet, feel free to stop by or call the office to say hi and talk all things vintage and outdoorsy with me!

Samantha Earwood

Administrative Assistant/Recruiter

Hi, I’m Samantha, your receptionist! You have most likely talked to me over the phone if you’ve called the office or you may have recognized me as the first face you’ve seen when coming in for an interview or orientation, as I also do recruiting alongside reception.

Before I was hired to work in the office, I did caregiving and was a med tech in a memory care facility for over 3 years. I found working with the elderly was extremely rewarding and I loved helping them in any way I could. That played a big part in transitioning to an office position, as I knew I wanted to stay in that line of work, which made Comfort Keepers an obvious choice! Outside of work, I’m quite adventurous! I enjoy riding quads at the dunes, going to the beach with my dog, Richard, travelling, and camping. One of my favorite road trips was when my boyfriend, Chad, and I drove to Nevada to surprise my mom. Since she lives there and I live in Oregon, it was years since I last saw her. On that trip, we experienced a lot of exciting things while we were there for a couple of weeks including going on the top of the stratosphere and soaking up the w arm Nevada sun!

If we haven’t met yet, feel free to stop by or call the office to talk more about our travels and daring hobbies, I have so many to share and I hope to hear yours soon!
