I just wanted to thank you for a great and comforting experience. Everything went great and my Comfort Keeper was a delightful person. The office was efficient and the care coordinator that first met with me was delightful and efficient. It has been an adjustment to feel you are a senior citizen when you have been as active as I have. It is difficult to think there are situations I can not take care of on my own. I have only good things to say about Comfort Keepers. Their people are very caring and comforting to talk to. No complaint whatsoever with their care and making sure you have everything you need for your comfort. Also they are always on time. If they have a problem and cannot arrive on time, they always let you know.

I have had the pleasure of working with Comfort Keepers for several years; 1st for my husband who has had 2 massive strokes and a feeding tube, and 2nd now for myself. I have periphial neuropathy and need help with all my daily activities, including laundry, dressing, preparing meals, light housekeeping. I would not want any other caregivers (and I’ve had 3 others) and I recommend them highly.
The Staff of Comfort Keepers were wonderful to and for my mother. Their visits helped give her some peace of mind, knowing there was someone to help her while I was at work. Their help with shopping, doctor’s appointments and the like also eased my concerns for my mother living alone. She truly enjoyed Hazel’s company the first time we called for help and then, most recently, she became very fond of Mandy. Thank you for making things easy for my mother.

My Comfort Keeper is always on time and is very trustworthy. She is very pleasant and the office staff is always helpful.
They do everything for me! They call in my medications and pick them up, take me to all my appointments, do all my grocery shopping and keep my house stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products. They clean my house and do all my laundry and assist with hygiene. They take me to their houses for holidays, take me to the park to fly my helicopter and also take me to church! They are my companions! I have gained 40 pounds since they have arrived and I’m never alone!
I used Comfort Keepers for five years to stay with my mother, who was in her nineties, for three days a week while I was at my volunteer job. As her condition deteriorated their hours went from four per day to nine. Twice they provided 24 hour respite care over a long weekend. The Comfort Keepers never failed to show up on time, no matter what the weather and they gave my mother excellent care. They gave her meals, medications, bathroom help, dressing help, whatever she needed they did and in the end, the Comfort Keepers ladies helped to support me as I made the decision to place my mother in a nursing home. I’m so grateful they were there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband had Alzheimer’s and couldn’t be left alone. A short time ago I needed out-patient surgery which turned into a one-night stay in the hospital. Panic set in – I had no one to call to stay overnight with him, so I turned to Angie. More panic – no Comfort Keeper help was available. However, Angie didn’t give up – she started making phone calls and wouldn’t stop until she found a great nurse to stay with my husband. My husband is gone now but I will be forever grateful and appreciative of the care Comfort Keepers gave him. They are a wonderful group of people.

Dear Mr. Rosenberg, I contacted Comfort Keepers in March looking for help with getting me to and from my colonoscopy to be done in April. A woman named Angie came to my home to make arrangements. I cannot say enough good things about her. She truly touched my heart with her compassion and understanding. I can't imagine that an employee like her can be very common, and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding qualities. The young lady that came to my home the day of the procedure (I'm sorry, I forget her name) was also an extremely nice girl, and I felt like I was in good hands, which is most important. I will definitely be using Comfort Keepers again when I need to, and even gave the name of your business to the nurses at the hospital, because they did not know that a service like you provide is available, and they felt it could be very useful to other people.
