The people at Comfort Keepers are amazing. They helped my family through an arduous time where my dad had sundowner's syndrome. With their help, after just a few weeks, my dad who has dementia, recovered and is now sleeping through the night, and also experiences much less confusion. We could not have nurtured him back to better health without the sweet, loving, dedicated people at Comfort Keepers.
Comfort Keepers is an outstanding service. I can relax and know that my father is in good hands. They are reliable, professional, and so caring. I don’t know what I would do without them. Living 6 hours away finding comfort keepers has been a blessing for us. Other services do not compare. Believe me we learned the hard way. I love this service. Well done everyone. My experience with Comfort Keepers has been both professionally and personally superior. I am an RN and have special standards in the care of my family members. Comfort Keepers met them in the 24/7 care of my mother and father in-law with dementia 3 years ago and then most recently for the last 9 months with my father. There were bumps in each case as their care needs changed and Lauren/team helped us easily through them with proactive suggestions and adjustments in the care plans. Comfort Keepers will be my first call whenever other family and friends have home care needs. I highly recommend this high quality care organization for your home care needs.
Comfort Keeps helped me keep my father at home months longer than we could have managed by ourselves. We worked with three different care givers and we loved them all. This organization was available, professional, and truly concerned for my father and my family. I highly recommend them.

We want to thank you so very much for the help you supplied to us in our time of need. From the first day you came to our home to meet with us, we knew we were in good hands. Your fees are reasonable and the service was outstanding. The phone contact we received weekly from the office was both reassuring, and professional. Everyone was so caring and concerned for us. All of our requests were honored and we were kept informed by the office staff. So, please give them our sincere thanks! Well, what can I say about Pam. She went the mile for us, and more. We have a lot of experience with agencies when my Mom lived with us for 4 years. We had certified aides then, and Pam could have run circles around them! We don't know what we would have done without her. She is respectful, dependable, and a true asset to your company. Then, there was Susan, Pam is a 'hard act to follow,' but Susan certainly filled in with the same measure of quality we were 'spoiled with.' She was a pleasure to have in our household, and eager to help meet our needs. Both of our caregivers were outstanding, and we will miss them. Oh, and our 3 small dogs will even miss them. A mere thank you is hardly enough to express what they meant to us and we are forever grateful for your services.

I cant say enough about the support and heart felt care given to my Dad from Sue right straight through to the caregivers.. They were all so helpful in everyway and willing to accommodate our needs and schedule. It was a peace of mind knowing I could go to work and know I had little worries because they were there.. Our family was so appreciative of the compassionate care our father received from his Comfort Keepers! They were always punctual, attentive, responsible, and very much on top of things. It is such a difficult thing and stressful time to find yourself needing this type of care system to be in place, but Sue Kryczak and her staff were very accommodating and understanding about our frustrations with coverage and worries about finances. They listened to our concerns and helped the process go smoothly. We were immensely grateful for their professionalism and advice. I would like to just take a moment to "Thank You" ALLLL for the incredible amount of support you not only gave to me but the help/care you gave you my Dad these past 2 and ½ months. From the very first time I met with Sure and sat with her she made me feel like I wasn't ever going to be alone in this journey through in-home rehab with my Dad. Then, not to mention the day I brought him home and literally cried because I was so overwhelmed with everything and wondered just where do I begin. Amy hugged Eve and I and I began to feel my wave of help had arrived You are a wonderful group of people that I am so grateful to you all and Thank You again for never making me feel like "Oh man it's her on the phone again". You all knew my name when I called and you called me freely when there was a need or a concern to address. I always felt like we were on the same page. That was such a comfort. And, I knew my Dad was in good hands which made me able to go to work everyday without the "what if" worries. That in itself was Awesome! I also loved that the girls were able to take Dad for a ride and/or run to the store or the bookstore. What a help and he loved it. And now Dad is doing so much better and as we are now able to actually and yet sadly release Comfort Keepers form his daily schedule, I again thank you all for your help in getting him to this point and I know where to find my new friends should I need your help again in the future ("sorry..knock on wood"). Just know, from an overwhelmed daughter taking care of her elderly Dad who wants to live at "home" I couldn't have done it without you all. Please know what ever position you are in at Comfort Keepers, from Sue to Lauren to Amy to Kathy to Eve, Kathy, Ann and everyone there, you are doing a great job and a great service to people who want to be at home and just need help.
