Donna Rizzo-Hay
Client Care Coordinator
Donna Rizzo-Hay has been dedicated to all areas of healthcare for more than 34 years. She joined a college work-study program at 19, which eventually evolved into an additional 30 years of experience in the healthcare field.
Helping others and personally interacting with clients during their time of need continues to be a passion for Donna, but it has also given her insight into two aspects of life: human frailty and the importance of family.
Donna’s insights come from both a professional career and personal experience. Though she was fortunate to be with her grandparents as she grew up, Donna witnessed firsthand the inherent challenges of aging. Her family learned firsthand that the most important thing was to preserve her grandparents’ independence and quality of life where they were the happiest and most comfortable – at home.
One can draw a straight line from this personal experience to Donna’s choice to join Comfort Keepers, where families can provide their loved ones with quality in-home care. Whatever the situation, Donna wants to offer a solution to ensure that your loved ones are treated like family.
