The SafetyChoice Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) is a reliable medical alarm that offers immediate, hands-free, two-way communication during emergencies. By wearing a water-resistant pendant (either as a necklace or wristband), you can easily call for help with just the push of a button. The pendant has a range of up to 300 feet from the console unit.
When help is needed, press the button, and a compassionate, trained Care Representative will speak with you through the two-way speaker on the console unit. The system requires an active landline connection, and the Care Representative will contact family, friends, or emergency services, staying in communication with you until assistance arrives.

The G4000 ensures continuous functionality. It is equipped with a rechargeable backup battery for power failures and a low-battery warning system. Emergency alerts can be sent to Comfort Keepers® or anyone you choose, and activity reports are available to keep healthcare providers informed.

The SafetyChoice® PERS Caregiver Connect with a 2-way voice pendant is ideal for active seniors who need monitoring inside and outside the home. With a range of 500 feet, it provides security throughout large homes, driveways, and yards. The pendant features a built-in microphone and speaker for clear, immediate communication.
When activated, the pendant connects to a trained Care Representative who will stay on the line until help arrives.
