Everything was excellent from start to finish. Comfort Keepers made me feel like I was in charge of dad's care. Their goal was to help, not to take over-- that's what I needed. The caregivers were all great to work with. The manager (Taylor), the office staff, and the ladies on call after hours were also great. I thought the service was wonderful and would recommend to anyone. Kelly (the overnight caregiver) went out of his way to please my dad and Kerry had great people skills. Taylor was a help for anything I needed. The after hours service was perfect-- they never said I was bothering them and they were so helpful.
Our caregiver, Gale was definitely qualified and committed to keeping my mom as comfortable as possible. She also tried to keep my dad in mind as well. She seemed to really connect with our family. We shared our lives with her and she with us. She truly cared for our mom while on hospice.
It was always very reassuring to us to know how reliable and dependable everyone is at Comfort Keepers. The staff took care of any questions or issues in a timely and efficient manner. The caregivers were all wonderful, caring, and I cannot thank them enough for making it so that my aunt could be in the comfort of her own home and not in a hospital. I was so fortunate to find your agency, and even more more fortunate that you sent us Sue S. to provide him with comforting care. Sue is an amazing person, and she gave my dad, as well as our family, wonderful support during this difficult time. She went above and beyond, and treated my dad like he was her family. I will always be thankful to her for her kindness and caring during my dad's final days. I want to thank you also for helping us extend Sue's service when dad was transferred to another hospital.
Our family has decided to move mom into a memory care facility. So at this time, unfortunately I will no longer be needing care for my mom. I just wanted to thank Comfort Keepers and our caregiver, Rita, for the care and compassion that you showed my Mom during our brief time together. Our experience with your in home staff was always exceptional. Our last Comfort Keeper was so wonderful and caring. She got to know all of us and had Tom smiling a lot. She was skilled, knowledgeable, and so very kind on every visit. She made a real difference in Tom's last day.
The office staff is always friendly and helpful and will always work with you when you need to make schedule changes. My only wish was that I could afford more of your services.
