"We were extremely happy with the relationship we developed with your administrative staff particularly Megan (Scheduler) and Sheila (Client Care Manager). Both were charming, accommodating, patient and eminently competent. Sometimes, we struggled to find satisfactory caregivers for variety of reasons - partly due to our mother's needs/demands and our partial week live-in did not work for many of the aides we liked best. Our experience was that we got better care from caregivers we engaged privately. Caregivers working independently tended to be a higher quality; higher pay yielded better results. We are sticklers for hygiene and we would propose that you give even more emphasis to this training for your aides. Dealing with fecal matter as they must often requires a vigilance that many people do not fully appreciate - and I don't mean simply people doing elder-care. Also, perhaps you could consider offering a van transport service for people who cannot leave their wheelchairs? I do very much want to praise your entire administrative staff. Dawn (billing) also was most helpful on a number of occasions with invoices that needed clarification or adjusting. She handled them quickly and always with a friendly, helpful manner. Courtesy was always the watch word for the entire staff - infallible courtesy and friendliness."

I am so happy to have discovered Comfort Keepers at a time in my life when I needed help and companionship in the home. This was the only company I found that didn't cater exclusively to seniors (I am 41), and recognized that anyone at anytime in their life might be in need of the services offered. I was very impressed with this company from the beginning, starting with the initial phone call taken by Sheila, one of the directors. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision to procure services. I was also very impressed at the initial meeting at my home with Ashley and Meg. I could tell they were sincerely concerned about finding the proper caregiver who would be a good fit. I knew right away that I was in good hands. My caregiver, Emily, went above and beyond any expectation I had. She was helpful in helping me clean and organize my home, but that is only a fraction of what she provided to me. Emily and I enjoyed several outings; she made me laugh and rediscover some of life's simple pleasures, and her attitude was sweet, humble, and helpful. I felt extremely comfortable with her. I no longer require services, and I will miss Emily and would recommend her and your agency as a whole to any child, adult, or senior who may need a hand in life and/or at home. I could not have accomplished my goals without Emily being there to bridge the gap between needing help and attaining self-sufficiency. I am extremely grateful to both her and your agency. If I am ever in need of services again, I will not hesitate to call you!
My dad was unexpectedly admitted through the emergency room due to a bad case of pneumonia. The same day we called comfort keepers we were able to get someone to stay with him overnight in the ER because they did not have a room available. Having Tymirah there made us feel secure and gave us peace of mind through the overnight hours. Knowing someone was there who could call or text us updates and keep dad in good company was priceless. He got a room the next day and because the experience was so great we did the same last night as well. Thank you to the staff for the professional response, wonderful demeanor, very reasonable pricing and most importantly the great care you are taking with my dad. I only have one parent left and he means the world to me. It looks like we will be using your service again tonight. Sad that he is still there but feeling fortunate to have your wonderful team to get us through this. Thank you!!!

I think I would have scared him away. Carol is an angel sent from God. I'm so happy she came yesterday. She sprung into action and did lots of laundry and immediately after Alfred had passed away, she helped the new continuous care nurse, Cindy get Alfred ready and dressed for my children to see him one last time. I can't say enough to express how beautiful a lady she is and how she was here for emotion support for me as well. I'm feel fortunate to have found comfort keepers.
We had Comfort Keepers for my brother in law. They are the best. Compassionate, caring and yes, like a part of our family. We had Wade who was outstanding. Wayde was so kind and caring with Ralph. Ralph really loved him during the last few days of hospice care. Ralph wasn't really responding and when Wayde walked in, he lit up the room. Everyone was always kind, helpful, and caring.

As a company you addressed all of my father's needs. Both nurses, Julia and Christopher, were extremely helpful stabilizing the family on that first chaotic night home and establishing a simple and achievable set of goals. The office staff was always easy to reach and a great resource and the caregivers care was tremendous. It was nice knowing he would get to his appointments on time and not have to worry about it. Overall, Comfort Keepers was very helpful in my family's transitional time and I am so thankful.

We had 5 caregivers, some were better than others. Staff communicated with them via text and so it felt like they were on their phones too much. There was a special caregiver named Angie who was very reliable, pleasant, adaptable and trustworthy. She did not need to be directed or supervised. She did not waste time.

The caregivers my Dad had on a regular basis were excellent. Some of the subs were not so great. For clients, like my Dad, who didn't really like to tell the caregivers what to do, have the caregivers (especially subs) take some initiative on their own. Two caregivers in particular were our favorites: Jacky and Evelyn - My Dad was very fond of both of them and they truly cared about him.
Comfort Keepers cared for both of my parents for 4 years with the same live-in caregiver until they both passed away. My mother had severe dementia and was very demanding. Their caregiver Annett was truly outstanding in every way.
Our hourly caregiver, Rose, was absolutely wonderful to Mom. She could not have been nicer and more helpful with my mom. Our livein caregiver, Millie, not so much. Mom liked her but her job performance was nowhere near Rose's level of expertise. My only concern with Millie was that she chose to speak to Mom about things mom did not need to be discussing - CK billing etc..and then she would deny it when questioned and it would upset my Mom. I have already recommended Comfort Keepers to other people.
Natonya, our caregiver, was truly the individual that The Lord sent to my husband, Richard. My husband was very receptive to Natonya and that made him very comfortable with her. She was lovely, warm, very helpful, performed duties very well, genuinely concerned, polite, honest and a caring person. I would definitely recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone.

Recently our family engaged Comfort Keepers to provide companionship for our father, Dominick Pisarro. The caregiver was Joanie. We cannot express how grateful we are for the wonderful care she provided for our father. She arrived promptly every day and did all the things we needed her to do. She made sure our father got up, took his medicine, check his blood pressure and sugar, and ate breakfast. She made his bed, made his breakfast and lunch, and made sure he showered and dressed. Since our Dad lives with one of his daughters, who was away, it was a comfort for the rest of us to know Dad was being taken care of in such a good way. We have used Comfort Keepers in the past, but Joannie did much more than the things above, she kept him company. They talked, listened to music and watched TV together. She was also a help in taking him for blood work and an X-ray. We cannot express how grateful we were for the services Joanie provided. It allowed us to work and not worry about him. She is truly a truly wonderful person and we were lucky to have her. Dad has now gone back to Florida to live permanently, but if anyone asks for a recommendation, we will surely give her one. Thanks again for providing Joanie to us.

Although, Jaime has passed on, let go, he is still here with me, and I will cherish those moments of Jaime and Natasha at the dining room table, forever. We could not have asked for more."

If you are looking for an agency to meet all of your care giving and nursing needs, I highly recommend Comfort Keepers. The Director of Nursing and nurses went above and beyond for our father. The communication was constant and they worked for resolve any and all challenges regarding his medical care. They use multidisciplinary approach which covers all patient and family needs. I nicknamed our nursing staff as the "A Team." We can't thank you enough for your care for dad. Lisa, RN was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, caring and made sure all needs were met. She treated us like family and offered advice. We talked almost daily about dad's needs. He became a complicated medical patient and Lisa was on top of everything. She always followed up with me about the outcome of appointments. She made herself available 24 hours a day, which was a relief. The nurses Christine and Christen were also amazing. Even when on dad's cranky days, when he did not feel well they would try to succeed in helping him medically and cheering him up. Irene was wonderful as well.
