Senior Home Care in Bloomsbury, New Jersey
Specialized home care plans to meet your loved one's unique needs by Comfort Keepers® of Flemington, NJ.
Many elderly adults have chosen to spend the later years of their life at home rather than at a nursing home or assisted living facility. Senior care from Comfort Keepers® can make it possible for seniors to do just that. At Comfort Keepers®, we provide expert senior care services that can make life easier for your senior loved one at home. Our in home care services consist of both personal and companionship care services that are designed to assist your senior loved one with household chores and personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, hygiene and feeding.
Comfort Keepers® of Flemington, NJ has been providing families of Bloomsbury and all of Hunterdon County with internationally recognized professional home care services since 2006. Each plan of care is personalized to meet your senior’s particular needs. While some older adults choose live-in care or 24-hour care, others may only receive services a few days a week. To determine what types of services are necessary and how often they should be provided for your loved one, you can meet with a Client Care Coordinator and Register Nurse who will develop a custom plan of care based on your senior’s personality, health, and unique situation. The plan of care can also change as your senior’s needs change. Perhaps one of the greatest benefits of our services is the fact that it gives you and your family peace of mind. You can sleep well at night knowing that your loved one is being cared for and supported by a professional, compassionate caregiver.

Interactive Caregiving™ transforms day-to-day home care services into opportunities for meaningful conversation and activities that engage and enrich the lives of seniors physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.
Live-In Care is a cost effective service to help keep your loved one in the comfort of home for as long as possible. Our live-in home care assures family members peace of mind, preventing gaps in coverage for individuals who may be at risk when unattended, such as those in need of Alzheimer's care or dementia care. Our live-in home care is also available for those requiring full time assistance from post-hospital care, for those with a high risk of falls, bed bound clients, assistance with hospice support or simply for those who do not wish to live alone.
24-Hour Home Care ensures your loved one is provided with full-time care- twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days of the year. Our caregivers will work in shifts to ensure the highest possible level of care is provided and giving you peace of mind that your loved one is safe and well taken care of at all times.
Transitioning Home Care helps seniors to recover at home after a hospital stay. We will help ease the transition back to a normal life and assist with a quick, full recovery. With our help, your loved one will get back on their feet in no time, reduce the risk of additional health problems, and prevent hospital readmission.
Respite Care Services support both seniors and their primary family caregivers. When you need some time for yourself or start feeling the burdens of caregiving, our highly skilled caregivers can step in and take care of your loved one while you get some much needed rest.
End-of-Life Care supports you and your loved one by working with a hospice agency or medical provider to fully meet the family’s end-of-life care and palliative care needs. We will help care for your loved one, as well as assist around the house and provide the family with emotional and moral support.
