What is the difference between in home senior care and home healthcare for older adults?
Essentially, in home senior care is used to refer to any non-medical services, often provided by professional home caregivers, that an older adult receives in order to maintain their independence. Home healthcare, on the other hand, typically refers to medical services an older adult may receive in the home. These are often provided by doctors and registered nurses.

Absolutely! Companionship care is particularly beneficial in these situations.
Are care plans individualized? If so, how often are they modified?
We approach each senior client as an individual, which is why all of our care plans are personalized. We do this because we know that different seniors need different services to maintain their independence. The care plans are updated as often as necessary or in line with a schedule your loved one sets out. Usually, this is about once every six months.
Will my loved one get to choose their caregiver?
Home caregivers and seniors are matched in line with a procedure we have developed through over two decades caring for older adults. After we do an initial home visit with your parent, we will make a list of services they need and any preferences they have and match them with the best caregiver option.
What happens if a caregiver stays homesick or goes on vacation?
Your loved one's care will never be interrupted. If a home caregiver gets sick or goes on vacation, we will send out a replacement interim caregiver.
