I want to take a moment to share my respect and high regard for the Comfort Keepers Home Care organization. Our family has been using their services for 4 months. They have never failed to make every effort to meet our needs for home care for a family member. This is not easy work. Their visiting staff are highly qualified and have built great rapport with our family.

I really cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Comfort Keepers. My mother has Alzheimer's and is in assisted living and when the pandemic hit the isolation required we find support for her. I called Comfort Keepers on a recommendation from someone at the facility and they immediately found someone to begin to visit my mom. I was coordinating this from Boston while my mom is in St. Paul and Comfort Keepers has made me feel like I am right nearby. I wish I could type this in BIG BOLD LETTERS --THEY HAVE WORKED WITH ME AT EVERY TURN TO MAKE SURE MY MOTHER IS GETTING THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE. They have coordinated with the facility in a very pro active fashion, regularly problem solved with me on the phone, immediately responding to any needs my mom has. The caregivers have been delightful as I have met them through video calls. Honestly I don't think my mom would be able to survive the isolation of the pandemic without Comfort Keepers. They have provided the best care I could imagine and most impressively Larvel and Randy run a seamless, organized, informed, and most importantly COMPASSIONATE operation.
