Joan Wurzer originally opened Comfort Keepers of Inver Grove Heights, MN in March 2011, after a 29-year career in the financial services industry. She built the business by putting client care at the forefront. Joan retired in September 2020 after 9+ years of caring for seniors in and around Inver Grove Heights. A new group, Midwest Caregivers, took over.
Midwest Caregivers is committed to continuing Comfort Keepers' high standards of care. Since taking over the business in Inver Grove Heights, Midwest Caregivers have extended their services in Red Wing, Northfield, and Waconia.
Midwest Caregivers is led by a committed ownership group with a focus in customer service. The managing partner, Manish Parikh, has been in the customer service business for 15+ years and continues his commitment.
Daily operations are managed by General Manager, Doug Meyers. Mr. Meyers and Mr. Parikh have worked together for the past 13 years in previous customer-based roles.
