Comfort Keepers has been providing in home care for my dad for over two years now. We switched to them from another local agency and we're so happy that we did! Comfort Keepers works hard (even during the worst of COVID) to find caregivers who are the right fit for an individual. The owners are empathetic and organized and truly listen to our needs. The schedulers are great about finding coverage for last minute call-offs and on most occasions the transition is seamless. It takes work and communication to make this situation work, and while no one cares for a loved one as well as family does or could, Comfort Keepers is as close to family as we can get. We're happy to have them on our care team!
