I can't begin to thank Comfort Keepers of Rockville, MD enough for their service to my 90 year old mother. We are just starting with home health care and it was all new to me as the daughter and the one making sometimes difficult decisions for my elderly mother. Comfort Keepers has made it easy for me. Comfort Keepers provided years of care for my mother, ranging from once a week help with shopping and showering to occasional 8 hour shifts to full 24 hour care. From the professional staff to the office staff, they have been as professional, empathic and caring as any organization could be. They worked with me to get over some rough spots with caring patience and vital suggestions. The caregivers were knowledgeable and always communicative and my mother came to rely on their expert care and willingness to be flexible. I cannot think of a single negative and am pleased to recommend Comfort Keepers to any who need compassionate, professional and expert at-home care.
