My mom recently passed at age of 94. She was adamant to stay in her home as long as possible. Comfort Keepers in Rockville MD made that possible. Owners, David and Ani Gibson are caring and responsive people who understand the needs of elderly persons desiring to age in their own homes. Mindi Fannoney, Supervisor, managed the day to day scheduling, training, and coordination to help Mom be comfortable. Caregivers such as Kim Green loved Mom and had only her best interests at heart. We were blessed with many kind caregivers and others from Comfort Keepers who provided peace of mind for Mom and for me. Thank you for caring and being there for us.
Thank you, Comfort Keepers, for your excellent care of my Mother which in turn provided me with peace of mind! My Mother passed away recently at age 93. Comfort Keepers had provided her with absolutely superb care for the last 18 months of her life. Mom loved her Comfort Keepers caregivers. I never had to worry about how she was treated. They treated her like she was their mother. Suzan Coppola, Internal Coordinator, a true professional, patiently, easily and cheerfully would go out of her way to accommodate my changing schedules so that my Mom always had the appropriate caregiver service when we needed it. Both she and Barbara Hill (who periodically performed in-home assessments on care Mom needed and came just to visit) should be commended for their compassionate care and concern they had for my mother and for our family. David Gibson, owner of Comfort Keepers, was wonderful to work with. He, too, ensured our needs were taken care of. For example, he personally installed my Mother’s emergency call console and pendant at our house to ensure it worked correctly. Thank you, David, for your excellent and compassionate care and for the quality team you put together!
I wish to acknowledge the superb contributions to my mother's safety and well-being made by the people of Comfort Keepers. Not only did you arrange for her care on very short notice, but every caregiver who came to the house was well prepared for her difficult work. Every one of them was compassionate and skilled and added a unique touch to her care.
