Comfort Keepers of Dunkirk have been a wonderful resource for our family. From our first communication with them, they were extremely quick to lend assistance with my mom. The care givers have been wonderful in providing excellent companionship and in-home care. They have assisted mom with eating, bathing, medication reminders and light housekeeping. Mostly the companionship - warm and attentive - has been outstanding. They are always prompt and reliable and extremely flexible with our schedule. Recently, we have needed additional time for the care givers to come and they have happily accommodated our needs. I can't imagine being more pleased.

The interview with the owner was very useful with me of what the certified nurse would do for me helping me my medicine reminder and helping with cleaning. Comfort Keepers also provided someone to talk with me and transport me to stores.
Comfort Keepers was a God send when we needed home healthcare for our Mom. They made it extremely easy from the beginning. I called and spoke to Kerry Flinchbaugh regarding getting help and then to DaNae regarding scheduling. They were very professional and walked me through the whole process. The Caregivers (especially Jo Sullins) were so very attentive to my Mom and really made her feel comfortable and safe.
