Is there a customized plan for each client?
In order to ensure that each of our clients receives the level of care they need we build an individualized Plan of Care for each senior. After the clients, their family and the local office have agreed on the Plan of Care, the office staff will recommend the caregiver who will be delivering care. Our care plans are reviewed every six months (or more often when needed) to ensure that the client is completely satisfied with the level of care they are receiving.
