Jimmy Caldwell
General Manager
Jimmy came to Comfort Keepers as a Management Consultant in 2012, He is a 2001 graduate of Indiana State University with a BS in Construction Management. He owned his own business and worked in construction management until 2018. Since being introduced to Comfort Keepers, Jimmy became the General Manager and partial owner. In 2021 he became the sole Owner/GM of the Terre Haute Comfort Keepers Franchise.
Jimmy enjoys the fast pace and ever changing world of healthcare. Working with families to provide custom, quality care for their loved ones makes him proud to be a Comfort Keeper. He also enjoys thinking outside the box to come up with probelm solving solutions for any situations that may arise, be it for the client, caregiver, office staff or family member. Providing his team with a positive work environment where everyone is treated as family is a top priority.
Jenny Caldwell
Office Manager
Jenny began her career with Comfort Keepers in 2012. She is a graduate of Saint Mary of the Woods College with a BS in Business Management. As Office Manager, Jenny manages the ever changing day to day operations and strives to improve and streamline processes, so our office staff can spend more time engaging with our clients. Comfort Keepers caregivers and office staff are our greatest assets and Jenny enjoys the behind the scenes support work that enables our team to be the best in their roles. Providing clients with the assistance they need to continue living in their own homes and communities is what makes Jenny happy to be a Comfort Keeper.
Tracie Perkins
Client Care Coordinator/Scheduling
Tracie began her healthcare career as a Skilled Nursing Staffing Coordinator in the Indianapolis area. After moving back to her hometown of Rockville, Tracie completed her training to become a Comfort Keeper. She is happily going on her 12th year as Client Care Coordinator for our local office. Through continual communication, Tracie keeps the client and family members up-to-date from the initial in-home consultation through day to day follow ups. "As a supervisor I take pride in matching qualified caregivers to my clients based on the client's needs. It is truly an amazing feeling that I can help individuals stay where they are happiest the most...in the comfort of their own home. I am proud to be a Comfort Keeper"
Michelle Herring
Client Care/Scheduling
Michelle came to Comfort Keepers in 2016 and has over 30 years of healthcare experience. She is part of our Client Care and Scheduling Team. Michelle spends most days assisting clients and caregivers alike with scheduling and other concerns related to client services. Michelle finds joy in helping others and understands the importance of helping seniors to have an independent, high quality life in the comfort of their own home. Building lasting relationships and supporting our client's well-being is what makes Michelle proud to be a Comfort Keeper.
Kristy Decker
Client Care Coordinator / Scheduler
Kristy Decker brings valuable caregiving experience to her role as a Scheduler and Client Care Coordinator. Kristy joined the Comfort Keepers team in the spring of 2022 as a Caregiver. In the spring of 2024, Kristy was asked to serve in her present position. Her long-time clients were sad to lose her as a caregiver but happy for her promotion. Kristy enjoys getting to know all of the clients and works hard to provide each client with the appropriate caregiver. Kristy also enjoys spending time with her family and is busy with her youngest child who is on-the-go with equestrian activities and volleyball.
Connie McCammon
Training Coordinator
After a hiatus from Comfort Keepers, Connie was asked by Jimmy and Jenny to return to the fold to work as the training coordinator for caregivers. Working with other staff members, Connie developed a basic skills training course to introduce caregivers to the Comfort Keeper way of caring for clients. In this role she visits caregivers in the client’s home where she enjoys not only encouraging and assisting caregivers, but also meeting clients and learning about their lives.
Debbie Railsback
HR Coordinator
Debbie Railsback joined Comfort Keepers as the HR coordinator in the fall of 2024. After 30 years in the health care industry, Debbie retired but quickly realized that she wanted to stay active and social and joined the Comfort Keepers staff. In addition to being a wife and mother, Debbie is an active grandma who enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. She is excited to be part of the Comfort Keepers team to ensure our clients get the best care by hiring and on-boarding quality caregivers.
