Comfort Keepers #556 Plan for Indiana Direct Service Workforce Investment Grant

Comfort Keepers #556 plans to use the Direct Service Workforce Grant 2023 money to provide bonuses to our staff. The bonuses will be comprised of sign-on bonuses, retention bonuses, and incentive bonuses. Comfort Keepers #556 also plans to disperse gas cards in a continuing effort to provide a means to lessen the transportation costs associated with being a Comfort Keeper caregiver. Any leftover monies will be used to support our staff with additional training.
