Comfort Keepers has proudly served Tifton and South Georgia since 2009!
Comfort Keepers has been serving Tifton and Tift County since April 2009. Owners, Scott and Lisa Register, determined a need for in-home care designed for seniors in the Tifton area after dealing with the care needs of their own parents.
Lisa worked locally as a sales representative for Averitt Express, located in Tifton, for 8 years. Additionally, she worked with many of the companies in Tifton and is remembered by many of her former clients who now call on her when they need personalized care for their loved one.
Our Services in Tifton
Comfort Keepers’ approach of ‘interactive care giving’ allows us to interact with our seniors by accompanying them on trips to church, local sporting events, grabbing a doughnut from Daylight Doughnut, or a stop by Shady Lane Drive Inn for a chili dog and a coke. Several of our seniors also enjoy shopping at the local stores and the Tifton Mall, or even a round of golf at one of the two challenging local courses, Spring Hill Country Club and The Golf Club of South Georgia. Comfort Keepers believes that keeping our seniors active in mind and body helps your loved one live a better-quality more fulfilling life.
Community Involvement and Outreach
Here at Comfort Keepers, we believe in giving back to our Tifton community. We are proud supporters of our local cancer walk and school systems. Lisa and Scott have had several family members that have been diagnosed with and passed away from Alzheimer’s, so they devote their time and money to the Alzheimer’s Association in honor of them. Lisa communicates with local Tifton organizations about senior care and how Comfort Keepers can assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
Comfort Keepers works closely with local hospitals, hospices, skilled home health care, churches, assisted living and nursing homes in the Tifton area.
