Meet Our Comfort Keepers In Home Care Providers in Altamonte Springs, FL and the Surrounding Area
Our uniquely qualified in home care providers are ready to help your senior loved one in Altamonte Springs, FL
Every member of our team is professional and well-trained. We conduct a thorough screening and interviewing process to identify the best in-home care providers, and only those who pass this process go on to complete training to deliver our special brand of home care and become Comfort Keepers® in-home care providers. What truly sets our people apart, though, is their natural gift for caring for others.
All Comfort Keepers in-home care providers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured, and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.
Congratulations to Denise Langston for winning this year's Comfort Keepers Caregiver of the Year!
Tyler Auker
Owner
Tyler graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 with a degree in Finance, but quickly realized a career in finance wasn’t for him. He was fortunate enough to begin his career in the sales leadership program for the E&J Gallo Winery. Tyler held multiple positions across the state of Florida during the nearly 10 years he worked for Gallo and was able to develop a diverse skillset. From Sales Representative to State Sales Manager within the spirits division, he honed his ability to drive results and foster relationships.
Transitioning to Comfort Keepers, Tyler found his true calling. Here, he is privileged to contribute to the well-being of our community's most vulnerable generation. Tyler's dedication stems from witnessing firsthand the profound impact of compassionate care, as he grew up witnessing the transformative work of his parents, who founded and operated this family business for over two decades. Inspired by their legacy and the opportunity to continue their tradition of excellence, Tyler is committed to upholding our values and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Amanda Dzengeleski
Owner
Amanda has made a big impact in healthcare, combining her nursing background and leadership skills to improve patient care. With over 10 years of nursing experience, she’s not only helped shape hospital policies but also influenced the wider healthcare community.
From her early days as a caregiver in the very same Comfort Keepers she now owns to her role on Orlando Health’s leadership team, her journey is a story of growth and dedication. She’s known for being a smart businesswoman and a respected medical professional. At home, she’s just as committed. She’s a wife and a mother who aims high and works hard for greatness. Amanda is also active in her community, always looking for ways to make a difference outside of her professional life.
Taking over as a second-generation owner, she’s kept the family legacy of top-notch care and service alive and well. Her goal has always been clear: to help people and provide the best service and care possible. Amanda’s life and work are all about making a positive impact, whether it’s through improving healthcare services or supporting her community.
Laurie Renzi
General Manager
Laurie manages Altamonte Springs and Port Orange offices. Laurie just celebrated her 16th year anniversary with Comfort Keepers. Laurie’s passion for the elderly began long ago with her grandparents, whom she was very close with. In 2005, when her two boys began kindergarten she put herself full-time in caring for seniors and families and co-owning a senior home care company in Seminole County. Laurie’s passion is meeting families and seniors and providing them with our services and/or resources for their loved ones. Laurie provides free, in-home no obligation meetings with anyone who is looking to learn about services Comfort Keepers can provide, as well as offer resources when necessary.

Brenda joined Comfort Keepers in July of 2008 as the Scheduling Coordinator, after working in the geriatric care management field for several years. In her current role as Human Resources Manager for our Altamonte Springs and Port Orange Office, Brenda is involved in the interviewing process for applicants, which includes sharing the mission of Comfort Keepers and welcoming them to our Comfort Keepers team. Brenda was on the planning committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s as Volunteer Coordinator for several years. This involved attending regular meetings throughout walk season and coordinating all of the volunteers for walk day. Originally from Canada, Brenda has lived in the Central Florida area for almost 30 years. She enjoys going to the movies and spending time with her grandchildren.
