Jeff assumed ownership and leadership of this agency in 2024, inspired by a deeply personal vision to ensure that seniors—including his own parents—can live independently, with dignity, in the comfort of their own homes. Jeff’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors is at the heart of every service his team provides. 

With a background as a successful attorney, Jeff brought to Comfort Keepers not only his skills in navigating complex challenges but also a dedication to advocating for his clients’ needs. Now, as a business owner, he has found immense fulfillment in helping families and veterans throughout Colorado’s Western Slope access the compassionate care and support they deserve. Jeff’s journey into this industry represents a meaningful shift toward building connections and trust within his community, which he sees as the most rewarding part of his work.

Nicci Egan

Senior Manager

Nicci, born and raised in England, has called Colorado home for over 30 years, with a special fondness for the breathtaking views of the West Elks in the western slope. Having lived and worked in Delta County since 2017, she has developed a deep appreciation for the community and its people.

Her grandfather was a significant influence in her life, instilling in her the importance of embracing change, relying on faith, and cherishing life's journey. Nicci carries forward the wisdom, work ethic, and grace he shared with her, which informs her approach to leadership and service.

Recently married, Nicci and her partner enjoy exploring their shared passions for photography, gardening, travel, and art. In her spare time, she expresses her creativity as a writer, composer, and singer/performer. Nicci also loves home improvement projects and delights in cooking and baking for family and friends.

As a Senior Manager at Comfort Keepers, Nicci is dedicated to serving clients with the respect, dignity, and compassion they deserve. She is excited to be part of a team that makes a positive difference in the lives of others.

Natalie Howland

Director of Nursing

Natalie leads Comfort Keepers' nursing team with dedication, focusing on client safety and supporting her staff to ensure quality care for clients at home. Known for her compassionate approach, she is committed to helping clients maintain their independence while receiving the highest level of nursing support.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her children and grandchildren, finding joy in family moments that fuel her commitment to care. Natalie’s warmth and expertise make her an invaluable part of Comfort Keepers, where she is always ready to support her team and clients alike.

Terry Medina Valerio

HR Coordinator

 Terry serves as the HR Coordinator at Comfort Keepers, bringing a unique perspective to her role as part of a three-generation family dedicated to caregiving. Having started her career as a caregiver herself, she understands the challenges and rewards of providing care, making her an invaluable resource for the team. With her mother and daughter both working as caregivers for the agency, Terry has a deep appreciation for the importance of compassion and connection in the home care industry.

Scheduling Coordinator

 Carrie is the cheerful and dynamic Scheduling Coordinator at Comfort Keepers, bringing a unique blend of kindness and humor to her role. Originally from Oklahoma, she has a deep appreciation for community and connection, which she applies to her work in scheduling care for clients.

As a big sports fan, Carrie enjoys bringing her competitive spirit to the team, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere. Above all, she takes pride in being a devoted mother to her boys, balancing her family life with her passion for helping others.

Rebecca Cox

Client Care Coordinator

Becca joined Comfort Keepers in 2024 as a Client Care Coordinator, bringing her extensive experience and infectious enthusiasm to the role. After serving as a lead manager at Walmart for many years, she is excited to channel her skills into making a positive impact in the community.

Residing in Montrose, Becca’s engaging personality and sense of humor light up the workplace, making her not only a joy to work with but also a beloved figure among clients and colleagues alike. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and ensuring that each client feels supported and valued.

Weekend On-Call Coordinator
