With a background as a successful attorney, Jeff brought to Comfort Keepers not only his skills in navigating complex challenges but also a dedication to advocating for his clients’ needs. Now, as a business owner, he has found immense fulfillment in helping families and veterans throughout Colorado’s Western Slope access the compassionate care and support they deserve. Nicci Egan
Senior Manager
Nicci, born and raised in England, has called Colorado home for over 30 years, with a special fondness for the breathtaking views of the West Elks in the western slope. Having lived and worked in Delta County since 2017, she has developed a deep appreciation for the community and its people.
Her grandfather was a significant influence in her life, instilling in her the importance of embracing change, relying on faith, and cherishing life's journey. Nicci carries forward the wisdom, work ethic, and grace he shared with her, which informs her approach to leadership and service.
Recently married, Nicci and her partner enjoy exploring their shared passions for photography, gardening, travel, and art. In her spare time, she expresses her creativity as a writer, composer, and singer/performer. Nicci also loves home improvement projects and delights in cooking and baking for family and friends.
As a Senior Manager at Comfort Keepers, Nicci is dedicated to serving clients with the respect, dignity, and compassion they deserve. She is excited to be part of a team that makes a positive difference in the lives of others.
Natalie Howland
Director of Nursing
Natalie leads Comfort Keepers' nursing team with dedication, focusing on client safety and supporting her staff to ensure quality care for clients at home. Known for her compassionate approach, she is committed to helping clients maintain their independence while receiving the highest level of nursing support.
