It's difficult for me to try to explain how thankful we are for all you've done. Something as precious to us as the care of our mother needed only the best care. We could not do it. If it hadn't been for your caregiver's attentiveness, we never would have been aware of her problems, your caregiver alerted us on her last day, that time was growing near.
