To whom it may concern, My elderly mother, Ethel, who lives in Nevada City, recently needed care at home following a fall and trip to the emergency room. We engaged Comfort Keepers to help her at home for several weeks. The help we recieved was simply outstanding. The office staff, Sandy George and Pam Miller, and owner Neil Goforth, were so responsive and flexible. We had to change care hours almost daily, and they cheerfully rearranged our schedule every time we called. They also assisted by bringing specialized equipment to and from FREED, and an emergency call system to facilitate caring for Mom. When it became apparent that a nursing home was needed, they helped us find an excellent one in Grass Valley where Ethel is now living. The Workers who came to the home were kind and helpful. Babara Inman was a dear, and Paulette Stewart was simply amazing. Bothe have since visited Mom at the Golden Empire Convalescent Hospital where she now lives, and plan to see her weekly, just because they want to keep in touch. Since the family doesnt live in the area, we are so grateful for their continuing concern and kindness, taking their own time to cheer up a 96-year old lady and help her settle in her new home. Again, our sincere thanks to all the folks at Comfort Keepers in Grass Valley. We are so glad we choose them in our time of need.

Joanne proved to be an outstanding choice for us. She was not a nurse; so, the costs were kept down. She was a pleasure to be with. She took care of Fran as if she was her own mother. She drove the car efficiently and with care. She bathed Fran, and Fran was comfortable with the process. She dressed Fran, and she was comfortable with that too. She took us shopping for stuff I forgot to pack and she was very efficient. She drove and accompanied Fran to Jennifer's shower and watched over her well. You were very accommodating and understanding with our needs and went thru the paper work and agreement process efficiently. We are looking forward to completing our agreement to use Joanne for Jennifer’s wedding next month.
