Our dad (Walt Edwards) has had Kevin as his caregiver for seven months now and I’d like you to know what a great job he is doing. We are so impressed with his diligence and the outstanding quality of care that he gives. In the time he’s been working with us, we’ve developed an outstanding rapport together and I can’t imagine a better person for the job. Kevin is wonderfully attuned to Dad’s needs and he definitely goes above and beyond by making the day positive and enriching for Dad. He’s found things to do such as listening to Dad’s favorite music and talking about current events that Dad is interested in. He’s great at facilitating FaceTime calls, and makes a point to call us if it’s an opportune time for Dad to engage on the phone. I value Kevin’s input on how Dad is doing as he is a good reference point for all of the issues that we are going through with Dad’s care. Kevin is absolutely the best!
This week, Dad was sent to the hospital on Monday, and Kevin was able to do his shift from the hospital on Tuesday, even working extra hours because the ambulance service was two hours late to take Dad home. This was a wonderful service for us and it made the whole situation so much more manageable and way less stressful.
If there are any awards, bonuses or merit pay increases that you can give Mr. McGrath, please consider it because he is by far one of the best workers in his field. If there is anything you need from me to reference his outstanding work, feel free to reach out.
