I have always been satisfied with Comfort Keepers. They sent someone over immediately whenever I needed them. They were a great help to me.
My parents and I began to use Comfort Keepers to care for my dad in 2012 up until the day he passed in September of 2015. We then continued to use the company to care for my mother until she passed in May of 2016. This company and staff are absolutely excellent. As the health of my father declined, the Lord provided us with Londi, who cared for him as though he were her own father, and her care, love and respect for my mother was as though for her own mother. Anna was the other live in who ministered to both my parents, and then my mother after my father passed. Her skills are absolutely excellent and complemented Londi's. It was rare to not have the caregivers consistently available during these years, but when it did occur, George and staff were quick to obtain personnel who could slip in seamlessly for a few days. George and the office staff are the best. He and his excellent staff were able to visit, first with my mom and dad, and then my mom, at least once a month; and always on their birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions. I recommend this company to any child(ren) or those who need absolutely excellent care for their parents, or loved ones, in their own home. My husband and I had complete peace of mind when Londi and Anna were on duty. We are very blessed and live about 25 minutes away from my parents' home; however, if you're in a situation where the time necessary to get to your parents' home is longer, you can be sure that the caregiver is there and will call you immediately if anything negative occurs.
My wife was entering a phase in her health condition that needed tender loving care. She needed help at times to move about, but she also needed companionship. I reviewed the various Caregiver pamphlets available at her Doctor's office (he made no recommendation but supported her caregiver needs) and found that Comfort Keepers filled the bill. I've contracted with them continuously for the past 3 years. All the caregivers were well trained in all phases of caregiving, but the companionship sealed the deal.
