Thank you so much for the assistance you gave us. We were at the end of our rope and didn't know who to turn to. We knew Dad didn't want to go to a nursing home, but we couldn't stay with him 24/7 and carry on with our lives. I was going to quit my job so I could stay with him when Comfort Keepers came into our lives. You were a Godsend.

She has provided reliable and highly competent care for my very elder,y and physically fragile mother. It would not have been possible for me to continue Geraldine's residence in the independent living environment at Sierra Regency (in Roseville) without Lynn's essential contributions. This is a letter of appreciation for Irene P. Irene was the caregiver for my 89-year old father, Alvin D. She worked for him from April, 2014 until his death on December 28, 2014. My father could be difficult and did not believe he needed assistance. He was lucid, but his body was failing. Irene won him over with her humor and gentle spirit. During the weekends, he couldn't wait for Monday so he could wake up and have a big breakfast that Irene would cook for him. After a fall, my father was admitted into the hospital. Irene called and asked if she could visit him. This was another indicator of Irene's sincere compassion and concern for my dad.
Dear Mr. Maffeo - About a year ago, I was in need of help with the care of my mother, Peggy E. I got in touch with Comfort Keepers and hired caregivers to assist me with her daily needs. Comfort Keepers has provided a much appreciated service in making [my mother] comfortable and in allowing me some time to step back for a few moments. I especially wanted to mention the level of service that was exhibited by your employee Ms. O.M. She first arrived on December 26, 2015 and continued through today. Each day that she was scheduled she arrived on time and was prepared to perform her duties in a professional manner. Her abilities and enthusiasm were noticed and greatly appreciated. Often employees will consider a phone call as "business as usual" and forget about the stress that the caller is experiencing.
