Ryan Schlichter has worked in management and sales/marketing for most of his adult life. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Marketing. He is married and has a son. Working for bigger companies mostly, he found himself struggling to feel like he was making a difference in people’s lives, which is his passion. Ryan decided to pursue his passion and has committed to building an elderly care company that values the employees while providing a valuable service to the community. He is now the owner/operator at Comfort Keepers in Greater Gold Canyon, AZ.
